It is an eternal adage that every
game needs a Referee and within all Refereeing communities I have
experienced around the world there is a culture that strives to get
the job right and also to enjoy not just our part of the game but
the whole Rugby experience itself. Within the RFU this culture has
resulted in a wide range of extensively researched products to
match the needs and aspirations of every level of Referee -I am
constantly impressed with the initiatives that are being developed
.Aspects covered relate to all facets of a Referees development and
this mirrors the growth and development in the coaching and playing
