take? All UK orders are generally delivered in ten
working days or less, however please allow up to 28 days for
deliveries. For international orders please allow up to 28 days for
delivery. What if I want to cancel my order after I
have placed it? You may cancel your order up to ten days after
you have placed it online by contacting our customer care team. We
will automatically refund you the correct amount within 30 days at
the latest or alternatively send a replacement at your
request. What if I decide I don't want the product
when it arrives? You will receive an immediate 'no-quibble' refund
if you return your order intact within fourteen days. Please
note that the no-quibble guarantee does not apply to DVDs, CDs,
software or audio or video tapes that the customer has
unsealed. Who pays for the postage costs of
returning a product? If the goods are faulty when they arrive or there
has been a despatch error then Coachwise will refund the postage
associated with returning the goods. If you decide you simply don't want the goods
then you will pay for the postage associated with returning the
